By accessing or using the Lead Conneqt website (the Site), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Specific service engagements are governed by a separate written master service agreement (MSA) and statements of work.

You agree that you will not:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or harvest data from the Site.
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or attempt to compromise security.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of Lead Conneqt or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
4. Services
Any services offered by Lead Conneqt are described on the Site for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer. A binding service engagement exists only upon execution of a written MSA and related statement of work.
5. No guarantees
While we strive to deliver strong results, we make no specific guarantees regarding lead volume, conversion rates, revenue, or any other metric unless explicitly agreed in writing in a statement of work. Results vary based on many factors outside our control including your offer, market, and sales process.
6. Third-party tools
Our Free CRM and related tools are offered as-is to active clients and may rely on third-party infrastructure. Availability is not guaranteed outside the terms of an active service engagement.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Lead Conneqt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Conneqt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability under any signed service engagement is limited as set forth in the applicable MSA.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Conneqt from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lead Conneqt is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
